Ewa & Co. accepts payments by PayPal, money order or cash at pick up. Personal pick up for our foreign customers by appointment only.

First, your will receive by mail the order confirmation, then a confirmation how many of your ordered items are on stock and what will be the total payment for your delivery and how much you have transfer in depositum (25%) if we have to place the additional order at the factory for the missing items.

Shipping and Order Pickup Information

We ship and process orders Monday – Friday, excluding weekends and major holidays. Most orders ship the next day after receiving payment. Our boxes measure 30×30×25cm and we use air pads to avoid the transport damages. We accept transport damage claims within 1 week after delivery.

Local pickup

Foreign Customers visiting Copenhagen can choose to pick-up an order locally at our premises by appointment only.

UPS and GLS Package service – Domestic

Allow 1 business day for order processing, delivery estimates are 2 – 3 days from the day the order is shipped.

International Shipping

We use UPS Priority Mail for all international orders, using flat rates. The rates are shown under shipping and will be confirmed by mail. Tracking of your order will be provided asap after pickup by GLS or UPS. If you don’t currently see your country listed under the shipping, please email us as the UPS ships to nearly 200 countries and most likely we can accommodate your request.


There are 14 day return policy on goods from the day they are received. If you choose to cancel a purchase, the product must be returned on your cost in same condition and packaging as you received it. When return merchandise is received and approved, the purchase price minus shipping will be transfered to your account within few days.


Ewa & Co. is providing 2 years warranty under the Sale of Goods Act, covering manufacturing and material defects discovered in its normal use. The warranty does not cover defects or damages directly or indirectly caused by misuse, poor maintenance, violence or tampering.

Customer Data Protection

No personal information received by Ewa & Co. will be transferred, sold or made available to third parties. All information is stored securely and is accessible by our staff only.
